Understanding Generative AI Capabilities
in Everyday Image Editing Tasks

We propose the PSR dataset — 305,000 real image-edit requests web-scraped from Reddit — and evaluate state-of-the-art multimodal models including GPT-4o and Gemini, showing AI can complete 33% of real-world editing requests.
